    1. Cancellation policy

The buyer can cancel paid orders that are still not shipped on buyerÂ’s request at no cost. In such case, the buyer should send notification by email to globalsales@antelopeaudio.com or call +35924396972. The buyer should provide credible reason for cancellation.


  1. Return policy

The buyer could return free of charge all purchased products that proved to be malfunctioning or damaged upon arrival within 1 month of arrival by shipping the products back to:

Please contact us to arrange the transport of the goods.

The goods should be in their original box with all supplied accessories included.

If upon receipt a product should prove to be out of order or damaged, please notify us with an email to globalsales@antelopeaudio.com, informing about the problems. After confirmation that the buyer should send the products back, the buyer should send those back only after an arrangement of the transport means with Elektrosfera Ltd. has been made. When the unit is sent back, a tracking number of the shipment, date of sending as well as a bank account for the refund should be duly reported by email to: globalsales@antelopeaudio.com


  1. Refund policy -  In case the buyer would not want to get a replacement product, after products are received back, a refund of the full amount, including transport will be sent to the buyer by bank transfer to the account supplied by the Buyer at the date of the claim.


  1. Warranty period - 1 year from purchase, unless otherwise specified by local law

         Warranty procedure for goods purchased on-line:

If a product fails within the warranty period, an email should be sent to globalsales@antelopeaudio.com, informing about the problems. After confirmation that the buyer should send the products back, the buyer should send it free of charge by arranging the transport with Elektrosfera Ltd.

When the unit is sent back, a tracking number of the shipment and date of sending should be reported by email to: globalsales@antelopeaudio.com
